I wont be renewing mine next season, cant be bothered watching anothere season of boring sideways football. Also like how the DVD doesn’t show the goals against us last season, probably not enough room on the disc eh?!
you will be sorely missed :D
Think you’ll find I will be, along with the many hundreds more who dont bother renewing due to not wanting to watch Martinezs ‘total football’
I must admit it crossed my mind not to renew, due to the poor quality of football this season – everything funnelled down the centre, too predictable, easy to defend against, boring with little goal threat.
But I will go, as I’ve been going for 30 years, and I hope Martinez will start producing more attractive, and particularly, purposeful football.

You dont know a hundred of people
Haha!
And if your not going to renew, why you on a Latics forum if your not a Latics supporter?
Just seen that the cheapest adult season ticket at Blackpool is £359 :o
Their fans will pay it. They know how lucky they are as a lower league club to enjoy a season of top flight football playing against teams they never thought they would play in a league fixture.
Six years on at Latics and all our fans are moaning because we aren’t beating these teams we never dreamed we would be playing and threatening not to renew because we only just stayed up
I only hope concerning those on here and elsewhere who say they aren’t renewing next year it’s a case of “empty vessels making most noise” and for every person who doesn’t renew we have two more enthusiastic, positive supporters getting a season ticket for the first time in their place ;)

Listen to Scholes
Now I know (from here) how to renew, but with only a couple of weeks for us to retain our current seat it really just isn’t good that the information hasn’t been sent out. I’m afraid we’re again giving the impression of amateur admin.
We need to be ensuring first that everyone who had a ST last season renews, before we worry about attracting newcomers.

Bl00dy rubbish Wigan.
The official site says that a postal version of the season ticket pack will be sent out towards the end of the World Cup in early July. Renewals and new season tickets will be sold by phone, in person or online.
But that’s after the date for ensuring you get your own seat. :?
So – but I mean – surely that’s – what about those who ……..????
You mean, people have got to have internet access to know that they’ve got until 20-whateverth of June to renew to get their seat – which means there’s going to be a lot of disgruntled people who (and whisper this, but there are people like this) haven’t gone online on this forum, or on the official site, or whatever.
Why oh why oh why couldn’t they just have sent them out weeks ago??
I think it sounds too much like you have to be registered with the official site to know the information…. unless the Club is really on the ball and they have posted out to season ticket holders that don’t have an email address registered on there name.
Think that this idea is too far fetched though and that you are right Garswood.
