Different class
15 November 2014 at 1:58 am #135524Superb goal.
Great corner at the other end as well…
Captain then on the bench next game under Herr Swappenchange…he’s a much greater chance of starting on 22nd under Barrow, Black, McKay, Jones or whoever

15 November 2014 at 1:58 pm #135531His work rate was really good, trying to get forward into spaces especially. Well done Shaun.
15 November 2014 at 4:09 pm #135535That goal is his party piece.Carbon copy of the Utd one .Let’s hope new manager can get him back to his best cos for me on his day there’s no better player in this league.
15 November 2014 at 4:18 pm #135537Shouldn’t be surprised his performance was so good, he was probably the freshest player on the pitch!
16 November 2014 at 9:05 pm #135599It’s a pity Maloney can’t do for us what he often does for Scotland. He missed a sitter at Bolton last week and his performances like many in our team have fell way short of what is neede to get us up the league. I know Rosler has a lot to answer for but he has been let down by sulking senior players

It will be very interesting to see how some of those players perform next Saturday.
17 November 2014 at 1:25 pm #135619I think you’re being quite harsh on a player who has managed to play only 4 full games under the German.
We’ll be alright from here on, no matter who we get.17 November 2014 at 1:36 pm #135622I think you’re being quite harsh on a player who has managed to play only 4 full games under the German.
We’ll be alright from here on, no matter who we get. Why, he’s been woeful whenever he’s played for wigamn yet he can turn it on for Scotland? Unless, of course, the “German” specifically said “go out there and be lethargic and ineffective and then I’ll give you a rest for three or four games”.
17 November 2014 at 1:53 pm #135623Given a run in a settled team, the lad’s class, as proven at the weekend.
As for the sitter at Bolton, well it wasn’t a sitter was it?
Just glad the German has gone and our good players can get a game again, in a proper formation, with tactics.
I actually don’t blame the players one bit, being constantly shouted at and being dropped after scoring/winning/playing well the week before has killed better players than what we’ve got. I don’t think the players haven’t been trying either.
The season starts on Saturday.
18 November 2014 at 9:08 am #135640The point I was making was that Maloney hasn’t done much for us for two seasons. I hope he does turn it on for us sooner rather than later and I still think he should’ve done better with that chance at Bolton
18 November 2014 at 9:10 am #135641Totally agree though the season starts Saturday a big performance is the order of the day. Up the tics
18 November 2014 at 11:04 am #135642Totally agree though the season starts Saturday a big performance is the order of the day. Up the tics?? what about Sept & Oct ?? it’s still the same set of players. Maloney has been woeful for us whichever way you look at it. I’d expect any player to pull his plumbs out for his country.
