Just realised that some of my language has been a bit out of place.
I apologise.
Just in a funny mood before, I think.
You know what does a lot of it? Sky effin Sports News.
Mein Gott! How much digging do they do for controversy? This morning it’s been all about Tevez, and Neville giving him the finger. Personally, I think it’s class, A bit of passion from the players. A bit of needle. And as well as that, they couldn’t stop going on about City’s chief executive, over in the states with so-called ‘fans’ proclaiming that “Without any doubt City WILL be the best football club in the world”, to which they all cheered. (Nothing but a bunch of spivs, that club) So I suppose United, Liverpool, Barcelona, Real Madrid, AC Milan etc will go along with that, eh? Yeah right. A tramp can put a suit on, and maybe brush his teeth. But he’s still a tramp.
But no. Sy Sports News. All they wanted to do was stir controversy, asking Ferguson if he’ll be fining Neville…..then going over to see what Mancini’s doing to Tevez…..christ, it’s all like tittle-tattle, isn’t it? Looking for a reaction, to give to wind up the other side. Ferguson was totally dismissive, and they kept pushing and pushing the subject.
I think that’s the problem with Sky. The saturation. The fact that they scratch away at any little bit of controversy……it’s getting like American wrestling. They play on every little thing to evoke trouble and controversy, and frankly, it’s gone past a joke. Thank god I’ve never fell into the trap of subscribing to Sky. Hate them with a passion.
I wish Sky would go bust, rather than the teams who have become their play things.

You bring up some interesting points there Vat………… about any media coverage you see these days, be it footy or otherwise.
The ‘Raggy Redtops’ get my goat………….I wouldn’t believe the date on top of the front page on most of them; but yes $ky is a great exponent of digging the dirt – hey it’s also a part of the plot, you just have to look at the origins of their reporters to work out where their loyalties lie (even our very own Kay Burley (50 this year and still a minx) seems to have cast aside her humble beginings.
Not happy unless they’re stirring it…………………….
