Not sure how much truths in it but I heard last night that, if we don’t pay the players wages by tomorrow we go into administration,
True or false ?F@@@ me…..what next ?…..Those raptors at the Efl will be jizzing themselves in anticipation of a possible administration, huge points deduction!!!!…..As with all this the owners can just walk away from the wreckage unscathed whilst we sift through the debris. He’s the chairman of the club FFS and the club is in crisis. A crisis of the owner’s making. His personal attendance is the very least we should expect.
I’ve personally been involved in the Twitter/Facebook campaign today (fair play to everyone who’s contributed); perhaps we’ve forced his hand to finally speak?
It it was a one off mistake and we had issues transfering money granted I’d accept their hands up approach but,
they have no excuses for the past 8-9 months plus ignoring EFL regarding holding funds so more points next season and the manager hiring n firing of managers.
I’ll swear I could have done a better job.

In all seriousness you need an owner like Mike Ashley -someone who from day one will tell the chief exec that the club is to live within its means by whatever means necessary.

I’m looking through the clubs wage list and tbh it’s fcukin scary for a League One squad.
Why tf the owners went out on one paying top weekly dollar when what we really needed was to find out feet and simply stabilize the club a few years in L1 wouldn’t have killed us considering what we’d been through the brink of extinction.These owners are novices of the highest order when it comes to owning a UK football club.
When Wyke came to the club and Shinnie I thought, we’ve out done other clubs to sign these 2 wages wise, then I thought, what the holy fcuk are we doing ??.We were bringing in players on £8k 10k like confetti but I still had the taste of administration lingering and especially after what Tel Al said when he took over:-
“We won’t be splashing the cash”
But the problem is, we did and big time.
The whole scenario to send players out on loan just got stupid along with the Scully saga. We sent out Humphrys on loan on about £5-£6k a week and I’m thinking he’s gone to cut cost and next thing Fletchers in in £18k a week!! therefore it cost us an extra 50k a month not saved.
Just bad bad business along with Richardson Toure and now Mahoney in charge. We’ve been run like a first time car booter hoping if we throw enough sh1t at the wall some will stick and we’ll get it right.
1 stupid mad overspent season leaving nothing in the kitty to replenish the squad in readiness for the Championship has put us in this position.
The biggest worry is, the owners have no capital to call on to rectify the mess they’ve created leaving us to be hammered by the EFL.
This isn’t just a “mistake” this will have repercussions for the next few seasons as I’m sure we’ll get hit with a 12 pointer next season for failing to have the escrow holding account in place, the very account we signed and agreed to do when we got out wrist slapped back in October.I’m torn,
