EFL book throwing time.
Sadly we are guilty as charged M’Lud.
20 March 2023 at 5:10 pm #198903Were down end of and a big thanks goes out to our inept lying owners,
Time you fcuked off I say20 March 2023 at 5:15 pm #198904It just feels like we will not survive this second Knock out Blow in such a short time frame.
Absolutely gutted !20 March 2023 at 5:16 pm #198905From the horse’s mouth –

20 March 2023 at 5:20 pm #198907I wonder if Dave Whelan fancies buying his Grandson a football club?
Fuck the EFL
20 March 2023 at 5:24 pm #198909Has anyone ever actually found out what Jasmi and Co are actually worth ?. No you won’t because he isn’t all the hes cracked up to be.
His businesses are mainly private investment companies no net worth listed.Seems like we’ve been duped again with another cashless owner or a mega tightwad who wants out.
It’s time for them to give the club away for a £1 before they drag us through the hedgerow backwards for a second time
20 March 2023 at 5:24 pm #198910Devastating, knew it was coming but doesn’t make it any easier.
Away a lot, but always watching
20 March 2023 at 5:26 pm #198911The EFL charges against the owner (Al Jasmi?), who just like the Chinese gang and the opposite of Uncle Dave, has no affinity to the club or town whatsoever, will lead to one thing…
I reckon he’ll turn round to the EFL and say sod the lot of you and walk away…admin number 2
20 March 2023 at 5:28 pm #198914And what about Reading’s pending punishment that was in the mixer long before our misdemeanour !
The EFL will probably let them off until next season.20 March 2023 at 5:43 pm #198916And yet again it shows what a great job the EFL did with their due diligence checks prior to the Bahrain Pirates getting the OK.
20 March 2023 at 5:54 pm #198919This is the first step to admin. Get us to the summer, send us down, 18 players out of contract fcuk off, no assets this time the jewellery box it’s virtually empty.
As I pointed out before, they were blinded by the years in the Prem, FA Cup winners, big stadium, and thought what a bargain
Then reality sets in. We won’t make it through Admin this time not a chance. We sold our crown jewels to keep afloat.
They should give the club away for £1 and the council should take the ground over both codes who pay rent to run it profit free and club to the fans on a shareholder scheme there’s no other way.
I wonder what Nandy thinks of that ?. She’s more bothered about a new market and cycle lanes1 last thing I would like the club to fully explain Brannigans gang
Why did the club totally ignore the EFLs request in Oct 22 when they told us to put 125% of the clubs wage bill into a holding account incase this late wages payment happened again (which it did).
Had we listened to them and done as instructed wages would have been paid and no 3point deduction would have took place, this has basically relates us.As fans this question needs to be answered this would be my first and only question and someone needs to front Brannigan and the invisible owners and get straight answers.
Why fcukin us twice, fcuk me were unlucky
20 March 2023 at 6:20 pm #198926If we do survive to next season looks like we’ll be starting with minus points as the 2nd charges penalty will be next season. What a f%%%%%%% disaster these owners have been. Don’t give a toss what crap statements they issue now, wouldn’t believe anything they say. Temporary???? F£££ off …..temporary is not missing wages 4 times. Naive……they’re supposed to be international businessmen. Surely they were able to find all the relevant advice/information from consultants expert in this field!!! Feel for Maloney,…..certainly been shafted. I can see him leaving at the end of the season,.promises and guarantees completely shit on,and I wouldn’t blame him.18 players due to piss off…..who the he’ll would sign an invisible ink contract to play for these zero integrity buffoons ?….Not a clue where we go from here ….as for season tickets……no one should be even contemplating buying one.!!!
20 March 2023 at 8:31 pm #198928This isn’t a sudden thing it’s been going on for 8-9 months the money issues. 4 times in 8 months missed wages along with no summer spending, high earners been sent out on loan coupled with 2 huge manager pay-offs.
So what happens in April May June ?? we miss again and more points deducted?. I think the EFL will come down on the owners like a tonne of bricks but at the of the day the EFL are not the law so any punishment they are allowed to dish out will directly punish the club and it’s fans not the owners who have recently proved their not arsed.I cannot see anyway back from this. If you don’t pay wages you go bust you don’t need a Brannigan degree in fcuk money up to suss that one
21 March 2023 at 8:41 am #198945Promised myself I would never post on here again but I just had to do.
CUP WINNERS IS POSTING SENSIBLE POSTS!!!
YOure right cuppy we need to get rid of these owners if they’re going to sell something every month just to pay the wages. Well end up with that many points deductions well he playing to 1 point a win and nothing for a draw.
I just don’t know who else will buy us though unless the businesses the supporters club rallied together last time fancy another crack at it.
