I think we can all agree that we need a clearout of all the rubbish players in the squad that show no fight and don’t look bothered at all.

Rodallega, good player but if we can get good money and he wants out, let him go.

Watson, he isn’t bad but if Bob’s not going to play him then what’s the point?I think we should only let the likes of Gomez and Koumas stay if they show that they want it because they do have technical ability, just a lack of fight.
I never thought I would reach the point at which I await a selection for a game with such a sense of pending depression…tmrw will see the same illogical selection that has failed us all year in which Scotland plays and roddelega is wasted on the left….it doesn’t work, it will never work and shows why Martinez has taken us backwards..let’s at least play our only decent forward as a forward and give the crowd a lift with Moses / nzog out wide…it’s obvious to me and many others but then again we have a manager who thinks scharner can play in midfield and that multiple goal defeats are platforms for the future… Surprise me bob

The season hasn’t brought us what we wanted, granted. But the management warned at the beginning that this would be a transitional time and that Survival was the target, after that we would build and move forward. I know we haven’t got the survival biut sorted yet, but idiots like you harping on and on are a lot more annoying than anyy performance this season (bar the Portsmouth one at their place).
Can any of you not see that this team is probably only three or four signings away from being great, but signings aren’t something we are able to get at the moment so we have to make do.

When tatty yed foiked off, the majority were wanting Martinez to take his place.
Now that he is here, the same people are slagging him off and wanting him out, hypocrites.
I personally didnt think he was ready or up to it, but thought what the hell, is heart is in the club and that is more than we would get from other managers.So sod it if he takes us down he takes us down.
Cant say that I have been impressed so far as expected but I do think it will take more time for his transitional period to improve albiet with better players to play his system.
I say give him our support and let him take us into next season now he has had a taste of the premier league and see what he comes up with through the transfer market.

A mixture of youth and reserves of the worst team in the league and we can’t manage anything. Our record against lower league opposition this season tells its own story.
Blackpool: A 4 goal humiliation
Notts County: A reprieve after a draw at county, so what do we do? Play 1 up front again and embaress the club.
Pompey: A 4 goal demolition away and considering the team they fielded, even worse at home.
How many games have we been cruising until the Martinez team talk and ‘tactical’ substitutions have had their way.
Any how, defend Graham Barrow. A bloke sacked at every single club he has been including Bury, Chester and amazingly even us.
From April 2007 when he was sacked at Chester, suddenly he is coach of a Premiership football club.

I totally agree with everything you say and I am not defending him. I am just prepared to give him a bit more time especially now the season is coming to a close from which he has had some very positive performances but also more negative ones, which should give him time to prepare for next season.
On another note who would you think would take his place if we sacked him?
I am not sure we could attract a decent manager, if we could then bring him in.
Alex Ferguson was on the verge of being sacked with runs of bad performaces and look what happened.
