He’s scored for a second game running.
He’ll probably score on NYD before returning to the fold injured.Glad I didn’t waste my £30 last neet. Think I’ll risk it on Friday though,
Scored again today after 3 minutes then taken off injured just before half time.
An excellent short term loan idea by the manager especially when we’d hadn’t scored 3 out of 4 games.He’d have been better remaining at the club and utilised here say 20 mins 30 mins here and there

Bloody typical Wigan, hope it’s not a serious injury and we’ve shot ourselves in the foot again !Sad news and a shame for the lad if true but wtf was going through Maloney’s head a 28 day loan for FS. Considering our options are a non firing Wyke and Magennis it was a perfect opportunity to let him loose but oh know let’s send on loan
Unbelievable!!!!….That 28 day balls up of a loan really been beneficial!!!..He was “knocking on the 1st team door”….knocking on consultants door now……season over……..After that miss Monday it should be Magennis sent on loan…..mind you,didn’t need his finishing at Barnsley’s to prove a point ….that’s been in plain view since he scribbled his signature on the contract…….you really couldn’t script it better.
I can only imagine Maloneys trying to keep senior players happy and it’s easier to send young inexperienced lads out on loan rather than a guy with his family.
He should have remained and pushed Magennis or Wyke out the squad. It’s obvious he has the talent but he needs minutes, minutes he could have got here.
Anyway, it’s back fired big time and does us no favours. 28 day loans, wtf was he thinking at all !!
