You would seriously have SWP in your starting XI? He has been one of the worst performers of all!
James;
Johnson, Terry, Dawson, A. Cole;
Milner, Gerrard, Barry, J. Cole;
Heskey, Defoe.
And as far as subs go I would bring on Lennon at some point later in the game as an impact sub, Crouch for Defoe and then Rooney for Heskey.
yes i would have swp to start,how did you come up with hes one of the worst performers when he as only come on as a sub, and what exactly as lennon done
Neither am i to be honest,but his pace could be a killer, biggest mistake was leaving Walcott at home, he could have dropped Heskey, (i really dont see his significance in the squad), dont need 2 target men and Walcott can play up front effectively, As he showed against Croatia
Not that impressed with Walcott to be honest the last thing we need is somebody who put in one good performance over a number of caps John Barnes for example
We are all ‘b1tchin’ about the teams performance and how we would see a different team perform against Slovenia. To your attention, gentlemen (and ladies who lurk) I mention the pictures of Capello walking off at half time shaking his head (which was bowed) glum faced. If it were me (or is that I) then I would have been stood on the line getting the team in (in a forceful manner) and explaining the ‘error of their ways’ (bl00dy overpaid primadonnas).
My substitution is:
Cappello off…………………… Venables on (baggage and all)
There you go (bollux and controversial) but our results will be reflected by his decision making/taking manner.
