A good win but far more impressive, the reaction of the fans. None stop chanting through the game and best of all, better late than never, Bob got the reaction off the fans he deserves with the crowd chanting his name.

Don’t mean to sound pessimistic, but i thought we were awful. The first half was terrible, as a spectacle, from our point of view, and from their point of view too i imagine. N’Zogbia can’t play on the right, it leaves us far too narrow and there’s a lack of width. Thomas and Diame were excellent throughout though. I have also rated Thomas, and Diame impressed me today. Scotland and Gomez were terrible. Personally, I do rate Gomez, but I admit he’s quite inconsistent. But I had a bad feeling about Scotland as soon as he joined. And judging on today’s performance, I’m not wrong. He had at least 2 maybe 3, excellent chances, were all it needed was a bit of pace and a decent finish. Yet he had neither. Rodallega would have scored, even Marlon King would have scored, and even Julius Aghaho… Maybe that’s going a bit too far!
A good 3 points though, and we needed them, because we play Arsenal, then Chelsea next!

Some people are either naturally miserable or know nothing about how teams are built. Real improvement yesterday, Lots of positive signs.
