I got told off for calling him an effin useless twohat.
Thought it was quite an accurate description of him.Cook got another yellow .players not following his ways I hope.the powers to be put cook out off his misery.
BBC Sport report said “Boro turned the game on its head in the second half” – I beg to disagree it was that chap with the whistle (he can’t be called a referee because he had no idea what he was doing)!
So was Moore’s dragging down when in goal a red or a yellow ? I’m down the other end . 2 minutes later were down to 10
I don’t know the hell was in his half time drink. I didnt notice him in the first half which us how it should be but the 2nd half was farcical. Not just Dunkleys ridiculous sending off. There was a far more obvious red card at the other end a few minutes earlier. And after the red he just seemed intent on winding our players up. It’s no wonder that lost their rag with him. Twice in front if the East Stand we were coming away with the ball and he pulled play back to give us free kicks both times.
He seemed desperate to be the centre of attention.
Its because of refs like that VAR was invented . The linesman didn’t help him tho.
It that was two big clubs the game would have to be replayed

Boro were absolutely dire. We have no cutting edge stemming from attacking midfield. If we had we may not have had to worry about the refs decisions or going a goal down. Basically we huffed and puffed but to not much avail.
Watching Cook remunstrating with the officials was embarrasing. The salary of a surgeon but the attitude and manners of a Liverpool Sunday League pub team coach. He was arguing with everone around him before the controversy started. Agree that their man should have gone for bringing down the last man but Dunks foul was also a second bookable offence which was also punished with the goal.

There was 11 cards in a game were I didn’t see a really bad tackle. In my eyes a penalty missed for us and the constant dragging back of play plus down to 10 the ref made it nigh impossible for us.
As for Cook ?, he made changes and it showed. Morsey had the Evans leach removed, Pilkington looked sharp although it looks like he might be injured and the omission of Lowe was a huge improvement from Saturdays displayNot to back stu up or anything but why are we allowed to pick on the ref today?
As for the game….I suggested Jacobs start tonight but will be the last time I do that. Dreadful. Offered absolutely nothing.
Question regards Moore….who actually thinks he’s a goalscorer? Naismith smashes a superb ball across the box 2nd half and the guy doesn’t move. Garner (and Grigg) would have buried it. They had 1 chance and scored 2 goals.
