He’s an engine, but not a TANK engine. I’ll double-check my facts though and apologise if wrong. I don’t scatter-gun my opinions around like fact, as some do. ;)

I may be wrong as to the fact that Hiro is a tender but Percy is NOT identical to Thomas bar colour. Percy is a saddle tank engine whereas Thomas is a side tank engine !! You win pedantic argument No.1 and I win pedantic argument No.2 !! Have a nice day !! B)

We shall have a decider ! Sodor has a new engine who has come all the way from Spain, his name is Roberto but he has only had a coat of primer. What colour will the Fat Controller have him painted ? Some say he will be red whilst others say he will be blue and white ?
They run on a different guage in Spain so he’d be useless over here. I’d tell him to stay where he is.
