Long time no see LOTP……They use it because they know it irritates many football fans
Clearly it has had that effect.
seeing as your allocation was 1,200 on your official site and not televised, also on the much prefered day to have a match (sat) in your top flight watching your 1st team…you should be taking more than us, if anything?
No, because its a minority sport that nobody gives a toss about, so why would anyone in their right mind travel 40 miles to watch a bunch of 17 stone fatties rolling around on the grass? Besides, there’s Oldham v Everton and Millwall v Luton to watch on the TV, not to mention the weekly grocery shop.
Sunday teatime, on itv1, 5th round of cup, watching our reserves against a team in the div below???
…..and the excuses for non-attendance begins.[/quote]
I do hope our fans behave better than your lot LOTP
They mention us for a shock, bitter, horrible, vile, old fashioned 6 fingered, scruffy, unfashionable cave dwellers that follow a provincial cave dwelling yorkshire village sports day hobby……
sooner it folds the better…..absolutely pointless league and useless/pointless supporters
NO DOUBT THE W.E.P WILL TURN A BLIND EYE YET AGAIN
ey up…lotp has logged in to try and save some face about the pathetic worryers fans shaming the town YET AGAIN……..i mean, come on, putting stickers up in pub bogs then running off to the next pub bogs FFS…..then fighting just because they lost to a better team in front of 8,020!!!!
bye bye rugger bugger league…………close the stable door……er i mean door on the way out x
From a worryers fan himself

It did not look good. Smoke bomb or something and then they started fighting in lumps. Lasted a good while too. Kept bubbling back up. Not good.

Re: Brigantes
The behaviour of some of their members today was disgusting. Flares and fighting amongst themselves, we pride ourselves on being a family game and yet I saw numerous families hurriedly leaving the stadium with small children in tears from what they’d seen. A couple of the instigators actually attempted to stop fans escaping the violence by standing at the end of rows.
They’ll all be in bed now, rough from too many Blue WKD’s……never mind tubbies, we’ll shown the good people of Huddersfield how to behave
This is a thread of posts condemning the behaviour of a few p1ssed-up kids. I dont see anyone condoning their actions.
Whats your point here SDW? Is there a point, or are you highlighting that the vast majority of Wigan’s approx 3000 travelling support yesterday find that kind of behaviour unacceptable?
As an aside, I take it the scrap at the end of the Southampton game has faded from your memory already, so dont pretend that trouble doesnt occur at football games.

Scrap at the Southampton game?
You mean 20 or so of their scrubbers throwing coins at women and children.
Shame on latics ey?!?!?!?
Take that tin hat off and admit your chubby chasing little club should be ashamed of itself.
Is it rent week? Make the cheque payable to Wigan Athletic F.C

There is only one set of fans that pretend trouble doesn’t occur at their games. Even on the thread in question on rlfans the default position is either deny it happened or blame it on non rugby fans. It took the intervention of The Egg from this board for them to finally admit that maybe, perhaps it might have actually been Warriors fans, and even then for every one that condemns them you get another one trying to spin things.
