Coldest wettest trip ever; to Stoke in Horc’s red escort with no heater working.
Lost to a dodgy penalty.
A day to forget. Was that the same match were I checked out the plumbing in the womans bogs?
I thought it was strange there were no urinals, but put it down to being a new ground with perhaps different ideas, never once thought it was the womens.
I certainley knew it was the womens when I came out though and you lot were pissing yourselves.[/quote]
Had a senior moment yesterday and walked in the womens bogs.19 February 2017 at 7:08 pm #155538Larry Lloyd coming up to us in Chorley clubhouse telling us “I’ve got a nice surprise for you next week lads” Eamon O,keefe and Archie Gemmill duly arrived.Stopping at the services on the way back from aldershot and Eamon okeefe comming on our coach to say hello to a rendition of eamon o, eamon o, eamon o.

I remember the Scarborough players parading the pitch prior to kick off and throwing Scarborough rock to the Latics fans only to have it broken up and thrown back at them as they retreated back towards the pitch.19 February 2017 at 8:32 pm #155543Big wooden football rattles normally painted in club colours, banned in the 70’s as they started to be used for other things than their original purpose.

I think the goalie was called Bert Garrow, he was massive.
The referee was a cheat that day, he turned down a blatant penalty for us.
