It’s an obvious thing to say but I believe that this weekend will be pretty decisive for the bottom four.
After pouring over the remaining fixtures I realistically believe:
Bolton can get a possible 9 taking them to 38
QPR will get 4 meaning 35
Blackburn could get six taking them to 34
Wolves are downThis is the worst case scenario with Latics possibly losing against Blackburn for them to get 34. So we need two wins and possibly a draw to be safe. Three wins would be ideal.
Things would be a whole lot rosier if Bolton lost to Swansea (35), QPR fail to beat Spurs (34) and Blackburn can’t beat Norwich (33)on Saturday. Three results which would not be unexpected. And then we beat Fulham.
On the other hand, if we beat Arsenal tonight it will make for a nice, relaxing couple of weeks.
I had a hangover and didn’t have owt else to do :sick:
