can you expain the difference between game over and goodnight vienna

During the ‘cold war’ years, Vienna was at the forefront of American-Russian spy exchanges. It was heavily occupied after the war, by the then newly formed NATO forces, as it was considered a real hot-bed for Nazism, and the Waffen SS.

It is also the capital city of Austria.

It is the home of the Lipzanger Spanish Riding School.

Sacher-torte is the local ‘sweet-tooth’ delicacy, and Wiener Scnitzel (breaded veal) is the national dish.

Midge Ure liked the place so much, he sang a song about it.

Matthias Sindelar, star of Austria’s 1930’s ‘Wunderteam’, is buried in the Centralfriedhof (cemetery), as is Ludwig Van Beethoven, and Johannes Strauss.

The Ernst Happel-Stadion, is situated in the Prater, which is a large park, and it also has a fairground with a big wheel.

It is situated close to the border with Slovakia, with many people flying into Bratislava, then crossing the border.

Differnce between game over and goodnight Vienna? I’d say it was pretty much touché, to be fair. As in, no going back, point of no return, etc, etc.
