19 September 2012 at 6:16 pm #93373not sure what your on about there mate but your statement made me smile. lol
20 September 2012 at 12:08 am #93376Is there anything planned as a tribute from us on saturday, i.e chanting justice for the 96
We hardly ever chant for our own team, so I’d be a tad disappointed if we started to do it for another club.[/quote] we wouldnt be chanting for another team griff we would be chanting to show our support to the familys of the victims. Sudworth not on about singing ynwa, where on about chanting justice for the 96, it could of happend to any teams supporters even ours when you think of some of the shitholes weve been to over the years

I knew what you meant, and I’m going to be a bit controversial here, perhaps.
I think what Everton did the other night was great and right and proper. The two clubs are inextricably linked.
I think it’s also right that Liverpool and United do something on Sunday. Partly because of the synergies with Munich but, more importantly, the fact that it is Liverpool’s first home game since the announcement last week.
For all other clubs, I honestly believe that any official recognition should be confined to the actual anniversary of the Hillsborough date. I don’t think our club, or any other club, need do anything else in terms of minutes silences etc, outside of that date.
However, if our supporters want to burst into spontaneous song in support of the 96 then fair enough. Personally, though, I’d prefer that they saved their efforts to get behind our team.
20 September 2012 at 1:42 am #93379that was one of your better efforts (unlike the one where you posted ####off nobhead aimed at me) you spoiled it with the last sentence surely we can all do both sing the song and get behind the lads
20 September 2012 at 2:04 am #93380that was one of your better efforts (unlike the one where you posted ####off nobhead aimed at me)If you really didn’t get the irony behind the “####of nobhead” comment in response to your complaint that people were using gratuitous (look it up) then you’re even thicker than I thought you were.
And I don’t really need your critique of my posts, thanks, however back-handed they might be.
…you spoiled it with the last sentence surely we can all do both sing the song and get behind the ladsI wouldn’t trust you to sit the right way on the bog let alone do two things at once.
