Naismith was immense today, I dont blame him.

Agree with all what people are saying. They were awful…there for the taking…etc etc.

We don’t put crosses in and have no final ball. Cook HAS to go.

Was told today they had him in for a meeting, told him it wasnt working, and offered him a pay off. He refused, saying he wants the full amount. But of course, he loves the club…

I heard cook dragged royle over the desk, called him a blue nosed bastard and burst into a chorus of you’ll never walk alone whilst walking shirtless down the third floor corridor showing off his liverbird tattoo. He then went the bar in the lounge and ordered 2 pints of stella and necked them

What game did their boss watch?

“We were better on the ball, we used the space better, and we created chances on goal. If we’d have managed to score the first goal, it would have given us the boost we needed.”

At this stage, would they actually know that? They would possibly know he had been sacked first, but wouldn’t think they would know about a meeting.

Who told you that? Seeing as you’re not going again till Cook goes presumably you was nowhere near the ground so the person more than likely has nothing to do with the club.

Who told me that? A bloke who sits on back row of ES6, and who is a shareholder. Thats who.
Club is in shit street. Manager is shite, and team not good enough. Yet you come on here having personal attacks at me. Tit.

It’s not a personal attack Vat, it’s a genuine question to a very bold statement.

Why is it a personal attack? It’s on here in black and white that you weren’t going to any other matches until Cook had gone. Just trying to establish the facts.

We are 4 games unbeaten, we get a good away draw and then Cook fooks it up over and over and over again who can replace him no-one who can keep us up so even though he pisses me off weve no option Cookie stays.

We are owned by IEC who are a listed company, so anyone can be a shareholder. You just buy one or more, if you really feel you want to be part of things.
It doesn’t mean they get to know everything the owners are going to do.
In fact such information would be price sensitive and sharing it (no pun intended) would be a criminal offence.
I have shares in Lloyds TSB (only a few). I would love the board to share with me information of how they are doing, or what their plans are.
I’m afraid that someone being a shareholder, if they are (and I am sure they may have told you that), means they have no more idea what is going on than you or I do.

Thought Stanley Choi is taking over as sole-owner?

I genuinely believe they have had Cook in for a meeting. Whether you think that, agree, or whatever. I believe it.

If he was as decent a bloke as he likes us to think he is, he would old his hands up and walk.

P.s. I went today to get out of the house and get some air. Plus nowhere to rush to after the game…so I went.

That is the plan, because that has been declared to the HKSE.
But at the moment it is a public limited liability company whose shares are listed.

Is like that time your mate at barclays told you we hadn’t paid our debts back, and then you claimed you didn’t know a lad at barclays?

Surely if what you say is true and cook refused to accept a severance package from the club they would go on to sack him anyway regardless of the figure.

I haven’t been one to have a go at the management, but you NEVER make a substitution when you are defending a corner or free kick in your own box! This is basic management stuff, and it seems when the players do nothing wrong, the management have to make a mess instead!

That’s the problem with the sub yes not the actual sub itself
To some extent.
It wasn’t at all Dunkley’s fault, but if you take off Jacobs the replace him like for like, Roberts probably.
Then leave him upfield to take away some Derby players.
Leave the defensive unit intact that has dealt with everything all afternoon.
Putting another centre back into the mix when defending a corner in the last seconds leaves everyone wondering what their role is. Who was marking whom, or which area, whatever system you are using.
No-one knows, and confusion reigns.
And we know what that led to.
I agree with all of that but at what point does it become incompetence rather than bad luck.

I don’t think anyone has said it was bad luck, have they?
