      Prospective new owner has already been declared bankrupt TWICE before. Obviously they are immune to the “fit and proper” checks and can do as they like.

          I don’t THINK ‘whatsisname’ will be the owner ….. the theory goes that he’s just a front man for the real money.

          Though if that’s true then what kind of wealthy imbecile would use this multiple bankrupt, full time shyster as their front man God knows.
