Why?? is it not like Dave Whelan buying Wigan Athletic in the old 4th Dvision when all of a sudden we had money???? City have owners who are rich beyond belief and if they spend and win titles is that not what United, Chelsea, Liverpool have been doing for years.
I say good luck to them it’s about time someone broke into the top four and made the league less predictable.
