Do you think that people all over this country would have heard of DW Sports in such a short space of time if it wasnt for Wigan Athletic? I think not.
So WAFC are indeed a very important “bed fellow” to DW and his new company!

You didnt answer me VAT , why are you moaning about DW not spending to stay in the PL but at the same time you want relegation?
So lets get this right , you are whining and moaning and desparate for DW to spend millions of pounds to stay in the PL but at the same time you would actually like the club to get relagated ?
Dave Whelan is actually building us a club for the future , yes thats CLUB , one that not going to be a one or two season wonder and then sink without trace full of debt.
You are so mixed up and full of double standards it belies belief.

If, as you seem to think , we are a championship side and that is our level , why do you think Whelan would spend millions on something that in your own words would be pointless.?
If you have players who have their heads turned by bigger wages , higher profile clubs who mainly sell out every home game and then you refuse them the chance , will they give their all ? no…
If we refused all the players a transfer who have left since Jan , we would have a team full of big earning sulkers who wouldnt give a damm if the team won or not.
So! What would you do?
Neither , just someone who can see , appreciate and support what someone is trying to do , in my opinion support of this club doesnt include trying to make the people directly involved in attempting to better the fortunes feel so bad as they will walk away.

When DW has been hounded out of the club and we cant find an investor willing to splash millions on us , i can hear everbody saying just the same.
Lets face it , some people are not happy unless they have something to complain about , it gives them a sense of focus mainly due to the lack of anything really worth bothering about in their lives.
Its a classic case of making something negative so they can feel superior.
