Ive no problems at all with the appointment of Gary Caldwell, he has all the attributes to be a successful manager. The problem I have is with his assistants, just like Martinez did, he needs an old shrewd head sat at the side of him. Someone who has coached at the top and can jump in when called upon to provide plan B’s and C’s.
I would actually like to see a Warnock or a Wilkins, I have great respect for Graham Barrow, but for me its time for him to call it a day.Amen. ;)
