Could explain why the shop in The Galleries was empty when I went past yesterday… or has the short term lease finished/

The shop in the Galleries was only open for the Christmas period, just a one off thing, the main shop now is at our DW Stadium.

I see seven Wigan players played at U18 level France on Wednesday and by all accounts did their country and town proud in their 40 points to 16 victory

Three Wigan players will play tomorrow v France all from the famous Wigan St. Pats amateur club.

I can’t help but notice the lack of Wigan born players in the fussball World Cup.
And don’t argue about viewing figures, Britains got talent attracted millions of viewers, it doesn’t mean that what’s on view is good.

And the lack of players from the hotbed of thugby league heartlands of weston super mere and cornwall is really encouraging England should be called M62 team
Another myth, they say its a rugby town but looking at all the flags hanging out of windows, I would disagree, cant see the same happening for a rugby world cup, :o

Also it seems they have to move the biggest bestest derby in the world because of some poxy football match going on
Wigan will face Real Zaragoza at the DW Stadium on August 4. “It will be a great exercise to face a side with the quality they possess,” says Roberto Martinez

If we can beat them, even in a friendly, we’ve got a platform to work on.
Ya never know,” by any chance, we could even swap a few player’s.

                                You’re weird…FACT!

Everybody knows Bullard fishes… Has done many interviews whilst fishing and it is a well known fact to Wigan fans and Fishermen (Of which I am both)… But an 87lb 6oz net is by no means a ‘Giant’ net to win a match with.

I also hear Mr Bullard is a very very good golfer aswell as a keen and good Angler, The man.s gifted with talent.
