False report, soft lad. He’s not a decent manager.
His record at QPR: Played 38, Won 8, Drew 6, Lost 20. A win percentage of less than 24%. At his previous job, Fulham, he had a win percentage of 33% and even with millions and millions at City he did fuck all with them.
Interesting that Liverpool say they never made an approach at all. Like Del Piero would just make it up. They claim that quite often when people dont sign for them. Funny that, isn’t it?
Griff, don’t often concur with your views/posts/comments etc. But, you are spot on. LFC, it would appear, can’t accept rejection by certain parties. They try and turn it back onto the player/team and take the moral high ground because they are “LFC” & all that jazz!
A bit of a reality check here to LFC. Your 1 point above WAFC (and we have had our worst start to a prem season)!!!!!!!!!!!! it’s not the 80’s any more (where have i said that before) ;). They have disregarded progression by ignorance. Thinking because they are “LFC”, all they have to do is turn up and they will be in the top 3 automatically, because they have “won it 5 times” zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
LFC will NOT win the premier league! unless they get a city/chelsea style crazy billionaire who has an obsession with throwing cash at his team in order to be number 1. And even if they get one of these money men, why go to liverpool when it’s already set up at the etihad & stamford bridge!

I just don’t see what all the fuss is about with Baines, he’s average at best…ok hes pretty good going forward but he can’t defend to save his life and he gets a lot of help of Pienaar.
Love or hate Ashley Cole he’s the one world class player we have win the England team that seems to perform consistently.

Baines has been statistically better than cole for the past 3 seasons.
And this season he is without a doubt one of the top performers in the PL.
I dont care how many medals Cole has got, that is all in the past.
Baines is the here and now LB and if he is not a shoe in for the England team based on his current form then I would seriosuly question the selection process for England.The “professionals” in and around the England set up are constantly bemoaning a lack of prospect of young players coming into the team yet when players like Zaha at tin pot clubs like Crystal Palace will never get a look in you can see where that problem comes from ;)[/quote]
These comments make me laugh. You were saying the opposite when we discussed the matter in the Sauna at Swinton Leisure Centre earlier in the week.
Don’t know but it’s shite. I’ve sent the club various CDs over the years with some dubstep I’ve mixed that which pisses all over it and gets you motived but it’s never been used.
