Thats a good call, if we stay up this year it would be superb if he came back next year, would be mutually beneficial as you can see he really enjoys it here and would help develop himself even more

Probably a mixture of issues. The lady explained to me that they are aware of the issue straight away, never asked to check my junk/spam filters etc, however if this problem happens now and again could be that those who never had a problem never booked whilst they had the system issue, or that some peoples junk/spam filters picked it up when they didnt have the system issue .. if you know what i mean
