Who bought Delort/Riera ? Fortune might do a job in a two-some but useless as a goalscorer. Why not look in our leagues for a forward whose done his apprenticeship and can hack it not some euro poser .Remember Ellington/Roberts …did there lower league time.

Have you looked at the table the right way up ? 3 wins in 17.Forwards goal tally’s playing his tinker-system Riera 1, Fortune 1,Waghorn 2 Delort 0…..working a treat isn’t it ?

Just remind me how many teams in THIS league play a lone striker not the world.Blackburn inconsistent but Rhodes,Gestedes have 15 between them. Our forwards certainly not good enough to play this system. How did we get out of the Championship ? Playing 1 forward ?

So how do you expect players to show their best with his ridiculous team rotations and his insistance on playing 1 striker ? cos it’s not the players who pick the team.I hope Mr Whelan is right because so far his tenure has been a car crash .

I would imagine the 1st thing any new manager will do would be to recall Holt.Surely when played with a partner we can’t be any more inept in front of goal. Delort has looked poor but maybe a regular run of games with some help will bring out the best.A forward needs pitch time to build a partnership something he won’t get with Rosler. We saw again last night how his persistant staff changes breeds a team who play like they’ve met for the 1st time.No one can surely believe he has the managerial tools to turn things around so a parting should come swiftly.

No.. Mr whelan needs to act straight away .Too many balls ups been festering on for weeks. From his 1 striker obsession, poor signings, team selections to the Holt afair.Coyle had more points at this stage with Europe to contend with and spent a lot less. The most worrying for me is that it seems the players are not in touch with him anymore and certainly struggle to settle into any playing style with his ridiculous team rotation .The question for everyone is ..Do have confidence in Rosler to dig us out of this mess ? Me for one its a resounding No !!

Great entertainment but a million miles from challenging for the play offs.Defensively hopeless today and the 1 up top baffles me yet again. The 2 strikers we purchased looking like bench warmers to me as we revert back to the 7 goals in 70 odd games man (albeit he was one of our better players) but does not hit the net enough.I’ll still stick to my ea/way wager on rovers to go up even though they have been a bit inconsistent they’ll always have a chance with goalscorers in Rhodes, Gestedes, Marshall. We haven’t got that quality up front. Are we in a false position ? No , we are just about a mid table team but if all the games are like today I’ll enjoy the rest of the sseason.

Super result yesterday. ..need to show some consistency now. A lot of folk got carried away after the Birmingham win who I stated after that we wouldn’t meet a worse team this season.Derby a different animal altogether so credit where it’s due.The most pleasing aspect was the grit shown particularly being a goal down. A mention for McLean cos he always plays like he gives a shit! !!

If this squad is as some think good enough to make the play offs then it won’t be under this manager. His one up front policy is compounding all the other issues namely a team that look to me like they are completely bereft of confidence which can only lie at the managers door. His continual tinkering and no team continuity has unsettled the squad. For me Delort looks poor with Riera not much better even factoring in playing a lone striking role not helping. I spoke socially with a regular 1st team player last week who when I asked what was going on with Holt did his best to answer diplomatically but between the lines was astounded at Rosler’s treatment and stubbornness to resolve the issue and admitted most of the playing staff were unhappy with it too.So for me I think it’s time for change as we look a bottom half team an I for one don’t see the faintest hope of climbing this table.Who would I replace him with ?……….Pulis…….then after him ..not a clue.

A definite improvement but is it just me that thinks Forest looked pretty average ?We were weak in the last 3rd. Delort cannot play the lone role ,not strong enough and way off whats needed.20 goal a season ? Be lucky if he hit’s 5.But please prove me wrong.

Not sure whether off loading Rosler is the answer but something has to change and it’s usually the manger .Replacement ?….can’t say iv’e any great idea…..Pulis…Holloway..??
