Ive orderd a vuvu for next season summit different in the stands
“summit” different?
Ah! Because of course no-one else in the country will have thought of having a vuvuzela next season, will they?
Mr Rooney could bag a hat trick against Algeria and go on to get the golden boot in helping England pick up the Jules Rimet. :roll:Sorry, JR, but you know I’m a pedant ;)
The Jules Rimet Trophy became the property of Brazil when they won it for the third time, in 1970. The current trophy is the “FIFA World Cup Trophy”.
How can any team get anywhere with a manager who just stands there impassively looking on ;)
… I want to see more of him in the World Cup to see if he’s better when the fans aren’t on his back all the time! He’s not in the squad
Edit> or do you mean Stoijkovic?
I can’t help wondering who put the rope up and built the path and the steel supports?
Now THAT was difficult!

Maybe the club do read here ;)
And what happens if Trinidad & Tobago have to play St Kitts, Nevis & Anguilla?
There’ll be no room on the pitch!
Bl00dy rubbish Fifa.
This made me laugh

Maybe it’s this that I posted on this thread a few days ago? ;)

What about Trinidad & Tobago? They had two teams too and England had to play them which I thought was unfair because they played together in one game and we only had our brave lads.
More honest than the ITV ones though:
Yeah, and how many of those have been in a World Cup whilst playing for us? There’s about 10 at first glance that haven’t.I still think that’s only Chimbonda and Skoko in 2006 (before this year’s batch)
