What a difference from Sunday to Friday. Play with belief and pass the ball forward and look what happens.
He admitted he got it wrong on Sunday so fair dos for that and finally letting the team off the reigns. Great away day
Matt Smith best player on the pitch by a country mile
Perfect post Mr Brownbill
I only enjoy the away days now (Cardiff excepted)

skeggy.
43 years of travelling away and that is the most inept performance I’ve ever seen. Even in the deepest and darkest days when we had some awful teams you would at least see some effort to try and score.
The 400 or so of us who were there made it quite clear where Lowe could go when he started to make his way over, followed by huge applause for Super Sam.
I told you 3 games into his reign that this guys football style would not suit but everyone was so desperate to see the end of a manager who actually cared. Maloney had a system and a style to try and win games even if it didn’t always entertain. He should have been given this season to try and develop and improve. Instead we are worse
Costelloe pulls no one anywhere. He offers nothing.
Bettoni had to run with the ball himself to get any space
Don’t rate Saydee either, although he does have an odd assist in him
Costelloe MoM ?!?! He did nothing whole game except score the goal. Now if he does that every week then no problem, but he doesn’t. He offers nothing except he can run. I can run 🤷♂️
Bettoni’s contract runs out in 6 months. That needs addressing very very quickly
Took an 18 year old kid to drag the team forward.
55/60 mins of negative football and then twice Bettoni gets the ball and drives forward and all of a sudden the rest of them play forward passes and take a few chances on the ball. Could be such a different team if their first instinct wasn’t to always turn back and play safe.
It’s clear from the players reactions that they are together in this with the manager. They just need to express themselves a little more. Hopefully Bettoni’s positive intent will rub off.
Massive 3 points but need to follow it up New Years Day
Hopefully Saydee and Murray react well to being (rightly) benched
Murray is too weak. Failed to win the header for the first goal (a proper full back possibly wins it)
Worse still from Murray was the the 2 corners he gave away when we were hanging on. He was facing the right way but both times he managed to miscue the ball backwards. They scored from the second one.
He has been dreadful for months now but appears undroppable. I’d rather see Cal Mc given a go for 45 or 60 mins. Can’t be worse
Funnily the exact same defenders (Kerr, Aimson and Carra) didn’t have a problem defending under Maloney 🤷♂️
Lowes back 3 system is shite and he won’t budge on it
The week before he was sacked he took 4 points off 2nd (away) and 5th. He also beat Bolton 3 from 3 without conceding a goal.
He’s also been forced to lose Hughes, Thelo, Jones, Humphrys, Keane, Whatmough to name but a few.
Sessegnon, Chambers, Smith, Francois injured most of the season
You wanted Leam sacked, you got a clown
You wanted Maloney sacked, you can now enjoy hoofball again which is why you wanted Leam sacked
Listen to Lowe’s comments after the game – he can’t of watched the same game as me.
Disagree slightly CW. All the formations he has tried still involve 3 at the back and I think there lies the problem. We are so vulnerable on the break out wide.
Our midfield, attack and wingers are all shit scared to take a man on and all this results in is then passing the buck onto Aimson and Fox to try and make the cross or forward pass. There’s a reason they are centre backs. Our creative players need to have the balls to create.
We must spend all our training sessions practicing penalty shoot outs coz they were quality pens. Big shout out to Aimson who cops a fair bit of stick (unfair in my opinion) but proper gets our club and never shys away
That was even worse than Saturday
It was worse than the Hemel game but luckily Burton weren’t as good as Hemel
No one is capable of playing a good forward pass. All we have is a big lump forward to forwards who don’t challenge
Absolute drivel
Don’t agree with you Brownbill on Weir, think he’s stepped up last few games.
Too many others definitely cruising through games though
We are getting right royally fucked over with decisions from corners.
Their guy fell over and ref disallows the goal
Fuming
Today throws out the theories he’s lost the dressing room
Lowe has had a hell of a lot more backing than Maloney and is managing us in far less troublesome conditions.
After exactly the same amount of games in charge they have identical points gained. Bare in mind that Maloney managed the back end of relegation from the championship.
At the same point in the season as last season we are worse off points wise. Bare in mind that we didn’t score a goal from open play till match 5 last season and yet we still had more points
