another one for the hall of shame turns up
Your on the wrong hall of shame, take a look at The White Flag.
is unfortunately, that big dave took control 20 years too late. Ive been fortunate to see us rise through the leagues, and fully believe, that 20 years ago we would have had half a chance of doin summat in this league with big daves money, but the reality is, our chairman doesnt have enough money to subsidise a successful team at this level at this time.
ive never been as dissinterested as i am now with latics, but when i think back, even in the mid 90’s when we were super cack, there was always the chance that we could compete with the best teams in whichever league we we were in. that belief now is gone.
we struggle now to sell out at old trafford, yet a few years ago more than two thousand went to torquay.
at first i personally put it down to me starting a family and money etc why i didnt go away as much, but i just dont enjoy it like i used too, fact is gettin here was much more fun than bein ere.
even our so called big moments in the prem, beatin arsenal carling cup etc, doesnt come close to the pitch invasion at coventry for the 3rd round or being 2-1 up at anfield in 89. even the local derbies seemed better.I agree with mostly what you say, but at the moment it doesn’t seem to matter about the money we have.
We have £3m who doesn’t even make the pitch.
Our record signing is taken off to be replaced by Jason Scotland.
And the most highly rated Scot is replaced by Jordi Gomez.
No matter how much money we have, if we have a manager who insists on playing one up front despite players being available to play two, then what chance have you?
We are desperately short of goals, yet the manager still insists on playing only one striker. What more evidence does he need that one striker isn’t enough?
At home, we have scored 11 goals this season, thats less than every team in the bottom three.
We have a worse goal difference than Portsmouth, yet the manager still plays one up front.
If the one up front was a Heskey or Roberts type player who can hold the ball up and bring others in you may have a chance, but Rodallega on his own up front is almost giving the opposition the advantage.
You can see the players are tired of the system, with reports coming out about fall outs and players wanting to leave, so the money situation to me isn’t the problem.thytytwoyearswafc has the same tactical awareness as Martinez.
That makes me feel oh so confident.    :lol:Sure the Bobby lovers will find a reason to keep hold of Martinez. I can see it already….
“Martinez is proven in the championship, so we need to keep hold of him”
Roberto Martinez       :roll:This idiot needs a good shake.
Does he really have a clue about football management, because I wonder. Swansea seam to be doing fine without him, Scotland or Gomez.
Was Swansea success really down to Martinez, or was it luck?Doubtful if you could be the next president of the USA, you need to be very rich and the the fact that your on here pretending to be a Wigan fan suggests your not.Willing to meet to see whose pretending.
You fancy a pint?
Come on mucker……Cant understand whats wrong with NZogbia.
OK hes out of postion
OK he only has 1 player to feed
OK were playing 1 up front
OK were not playing new signings
OK Graham Barrow is coach
OK were 1 point off relegation
OK the Carling cup run ended at Blackpool
OK the FA cup run ended to Notts CountyBut whats up with the bloke?
When first appointed manager, he may have had a clue. But the longer he is in the job, the worse he gets.
His substitutions just leave you scratching your head.
His formation leaves youbewildered.
Why on earth would you spend £3m on a striker to help save us from relegation then leave him out the team?
I cant get my head round what the managers trying to achieve. :?I’m sure Bobby will sort it out. We have a nice easy run in and there’s no way I can see us going down. What with:
Liverpool
Aston Villa
Manchester City
Arsenal
Chelsea
to come, why are people worried?    :roll:Your banging your head against a wall mate these fans have no backbone ,they should be behind the club through thick and thin but alas they are not :(These fans are behind the club at the match, but unlike some people who have no friends and just yearn for praise from others, on an internet forum they say it how it is.
Been waiting for martinez, jones and barrow outside his house for the last ten minutes but theres still only one up front :lol:Dont worry, Graham Barrow will coach them to show up.
Let’s just chant his name so he thinks were happy with him.
Blind or blinkered I don’t know, but you’re both not willing to travel to Birmingham are you?
Can’t think why, our football is fantastic.I take it your typing this on the 17:30 from New Street you d ick wap[/quote]
You think Id go to Birmingham to watch that you you door handle?
Obviously you thought the same, a rsewipwe.Least were not in it?
No and with Liverpool next no worries.
It’s not the league position, it’s the manager. If you’re happy with Martinez tactics, Martinez style of play, the inspiration Martinez gives to the players etc then says it all.
Least with a new manager we have a chance. Even if we stay up, you I won’t be celebrating watching another season of Martinez tactics. So what was Blackpool ya door handle?
What was Spurs ya door handle?
What about County ya door handle?
What was Stoke ya door handle?
Happy with Subs ya door handle?
Happy with formation ya door handle?
Alright 1 point above relegation ya door handle?
Scotland for NZogbia ya door handle.,,..Let’s just chant his name so he thinks were happy with him.
