      Not sure if anyone saw the Old Firm game yesterday, but I think we dropped a clanger when we didnt sign Emilio Izaguirre, certainly the best left back in Honduras !

      Aye there’s been quite a few “Clangers Dropped” regarding signings,since Bobby spat the dummy and forced John Benson owt. :roll:

          The pitch is non league standard. Sorry worse. Nothing to do with being built on a boggy area, drains or anything else.
          Simply dowmn to the fact that it isnt rested and worked on over the summer months.

              I wonder if that’s why DW seems unconcerned about the possible loss of Premiership Football!!!.
              Been on the PL agenda earlier this year to ban all duel use stadia,maybe he knows something we don’t. :think: :think: :think: [/quote]

                      I’ve been fishing on Upper Rivington today for pike and suffered a blank. (IE no fish caught).
                      It was very nice sitting there in the countryside listening to the birds singing their lovey songs.There were insects flying as well so it must have been warm. I was very warm as I was wearing extremely warm clothes and had some chicken soup in a flask to warm me up.Brandy in my coffee warmed my tummy.
                      Glad it didn’t rain as my brolley is broken.

                      Didn’t come across Fred Elliott and his dog by any chance did ya :roll:
