Hearing what we do about him, and knowing hes wigan through and through, played for free etc, wouldnt surprise me if hes already lined up a move and hes put in a transfer request so the club dont have to pay him the remainder of his contract, or whatever he would be due, as opposed to if the club sold him at their choice, he would be due money by the club. But maybe thats me being naive ..
