So applying 20% interest fees on a club that you have made a profit on is fair game and placing us into administration within a day of your appointment in companies House is for and proper? Great response from Lisa Nandy today questioning the Efl’s fit and proper test,hope she gets answers. The administrators also question the motives of our recent sale but rightly so are concentrating firstly on finding a buyer. IEC moved us to avoid business black mark if they’d have put us into administration before sale. This sale was just a damage limitation exercise and new owners had no intention of funding the club from the outset. Surely after passing EFL test the owners had a legal obligation to fund club as promised ?…..I don’t have a great knowledge on this subject so ask when immediate sourcing new buyer is hopefully complete can we pursue them legally for money owed??
To summarise, new owner also had a stake in old ownership, old ownership have lent new £28m to buy the club, decided not to fund it and put us into admin to recoup £28m, which is £13m more than what they bought the club for. SCAM and the EFL are also accountable!

Surely its fraud this, how its been done? The change of ownership and taking out a loan the way he has done…surely thats not legal? Selling a business, and a loan to…er…yourself? Is this fraud? Money laundering? Whatever it is, its not right at all.

They should never be able to enter the country again let alone own a club!I’m not an expert in the laws; but, on the surface this does strike the accountant in me as illegal in some fashion – to swap out the loans like that I have to think they would recognize a gain on sale or revenue of some kind and pay tax on that – I’m thinking it might be very hard to account for that properly for the publicly traded company/pass muster, and I doubt Stanley plans on paying tax. Chinese companies have had many accounting irregularities over the last few years…
If there is even a slight chance that this is true how the hell can we be punished with a points deduction. Surely it brings into question even more the failure of the EFL and there is no way on earth they will be allowed to relegate us if it brings this bet off. This is gonna be a long winded and nasty investigation. Unfortunately it will probably be far too late for us when the truth comes out. We need a miracle a new owner who is honest and genuine. This has stunk from day one and it’s getting even smellier. Let’s pray for that miracle.COYL.

There is no way that IEC would have shoved us into administration and affected share price so if this farcical sale doesn’t happen then nor does any of this.
There is an interesting summation of events in an article in the guardian on line, the same day that ownership changed to Au yeung for 41m, the purchase price plus the investment loan, he then contacts the administrator.

Hasn’t a rather dirty precedent recently been set that begs to differ?

Firstly, the is no legal binding document binding an owner to a club saying the must fund the club with funds (till that pots dry) the funds new owners showed the EFL when taking over a football club nor how much they must spend. If the club is totally reliant on owner funds the administration is the only way.
Our argument will be were reliant because of the pandemic but that won’t help our cause. If going down means the club survives (would be easier to find a new owner) then so be it.
If they wanna pull the plug they can no one can stop them legally.Secondly, this will drag on and on and why ? because the water is that murky you might never see the bottom.
Thirdly, we will be deducted 12 points which personally in my eyes is a bridge too far putting us at this moment in time 2 points behind Luton who are currently bottom and 7 behind Hull in 21st.
For me the EFL have failed us. When a club is sold and bought by one of the same person for falsely inflated prices on huge interest bank loans from unknown offshore banks while were in a worldwide recession then the EFL’s is to spot this , that’s their job. Some of these basic searches are the same searches some of our fans have since made revealing some damming evidence on how dirty and deceitful the whole takeover has been.
The EFL will be made accountable for a huge blunder I’m sure. Parry’s so called “I didn’t know I was been filmed !!” (ffs) remark regarding gambling was cleverly orchestrated. Here is a guy in a top level position within football and he discusses rumours of possible large bets possibly been placed by it’s owners on its own club to go down by and he does this to a random in the street ???, come on were not that fcukin stupid.
He doesnt do that unless he wants to pass the blame to owners and deflect it away from the EFL and huge catastrophic mistakes that I’m sure will read be longer than the Magna Carta.
And lastly, who the fook is Yvonne whatchyoucallher?? Another do nothing to do leecher no one knows of. I said right from the beginning on here years ago this will go pear shaped. It took 12 months for the IEC to sign paperwork, that was enough for me to smell a rat.
And a final question, were are those 2 cnuts ? Joe Royle and his son in crime ? they need investigating and banging up. No one can’t tell me they didn’t know, rubbish. They were involved with KB88 bookies and the owners.Wigan will happen again and again unless president is not set once and for all. The EFL should be made accountable and sued. They are there to weed out unscrutible characters taking charge of a club that’s a part of their organisation. They should have spotted 5 weeks ago a fraud was taking place and they failed us and now they want to punish us ?. That’s like the Police locking up the victim of a crime because the cocked up while arresting the crook just to save face.
