I totally agree , he has gotten us to were we are now , but I can’t help but feel he is starting to reverse what he started. Why do you think Martinez has come out with a cracking statement, saying that once Moses, Mcarthy and Di santo i think it was…are back and playing we will pick it up again. We was in trouble when they was playing… I reckon its due to how Whelan has started to get a bit of a tight belt, so Martinez has used this comment to hide his true side. Everyone can see that we need at least 1 or 2 decent signings, but it will not happen… N’zogbia will probly go and all transfere money goes right into Mr Wheelans pocket (But yes , i respect what he HAS done for this club… not what he is doing at present). I am sure Bruce complained alot of similar issues Im talking about when he left the club.

book me and the missus a couple of seats – cant see dave being good enough to fill a big venue like the monaco, so your mams it is then.

I know the area very well (pal of mine lives not far and we often take in the odd Fleetwood Town game (with a couple of ‘chucklies’ thrown in of course).
So which fine hostelry is it Dave? – may take a little break up there and look in on your repertoire (seriously) – no worries I won’t embarrass you.

Plus……… you really cannot be serious. If you can be bothered following ‘grown-up’ reporting and for the benefit of the ‘hard of understanding’ (it has also been commented upon several times on this board) – we are one of the best ‘managed’ (financially) clubs in the country – it’s been debated to death so I’m not going to it again.

LMB – if she thinks there’s more than a quorum, she’ll book the Monaco herself. Fond of a bit of a gathering is my mother. Any excuse really, and Dave singing All Our Yesterdays will be right up her street.
There’ll be enough food to feed an army, but you best lay off the racist Spanish comments for the night; she’s partial to a drop of Rioja and isn’t as easy-going as me ;)
