@Donnys Page, we all go along and do the same as yourself but on the same token were all entitled to a moan and whinge that’s football.
When you say all this negativity?, I go along every week and have done for as probably as long yourself and seen our huge journey good and bad but right now were aimlessly floating in a calm sea with no direction with an owner whos worth 4 times as much as Whelan in his pomp.
Yes of course I’m happy to still to be around but I don’t think it’s moaning about a manager who confuses himself with half squad changes per game is negative it’s an opinion and fact.
Now if we take opinions out the game what do we have left ?. Most see it as it is, and right now it’s confusing to all and alot to debate.
Maloney has been stitched up by our owner that’s for sure with no funding and it’s certainly not helped his cause but I’m beginning to wonder whether a splash of cash would have actually made a sod of difference to his approach?.
I’ll always look back on that Birmingham game and the way we were stupidly left with 10 men as a poor managerial decision and since then I’ve seen plenty more similar player changes that leaves us all scratching our heads thinking why why why.
I cheer, clap never boooo or slag off when I’m there and I hear lots slating us in the ground but I think when you’ve seen a performance against a 10 men Carlisle you have to question the managers ability to take a game by the scruff of the neck and shake it like a dog.
You can’t deny we’re not planning both on or off the field and if the rumours right that we’ve always been for sale since the day he took over then I fear a 4th owner is only just around the corner groundless as well
5 November 2024 at 8:49 am #204212You could be right CW, in that Danson is just our caretaker owner and his overriding commitment is to the sludge rats and to get his hands on our stadium. This feels worse than the Bill Kenyon era, with the only difference being that there is no Dave Whelan to rescue us from that slippery slope. I genuinely thinks our chances are numbered and if Tickle & Assgaard are sold in January (with no direct replacements brought in) it will tell a story.
So what do we expect this coming Saturday ?
I’m not giving my “entitled” opinion, because it will put too much pressure on Shaun Maloney -
