Can it? Surely not.
Apart from the odd game..pretty poor and boreing football with one up front. Hardly any wins. Terrible at home and very negative with tippy tappy football going backwards. One or two bright spells at the end of seasons when we went positive through shear desperation. Surely it can not be any worse under this new mon or can it?14 June 2013 at 4:33 pm #116111My fear is the 1 year rolling contract , it doesnt send out the right messages to players and to fans.
If he was that highly thought of DW would at least given him a 2 yr deal.
I think one bad run woooooosh ! you won’t even see the rug it will be that fast !.
14 June 2013 at 4:38 pm #116115I’m sure he wont ask players to pass back to our keeper when theyre on the edge of the oppositions box, I will keep an open mind and support WAFC .

Got the Scousers worried at work; after 50 years of top flight football I’ve got them convinced that everything goes in cycles. Crisp tenner at the ready.

Really?
Coyle’s Premier League record at Bolton was in fact no better than Martinez’ at Wigan. He found it just as difficult as Roberto;
Coyle 2011/12 18 Bolton Wanderers (R) 38 10 6 22 46 77 −31 36
Martinez 2012/13 18 Wigan Athletic (R) 38 9 9 20 47 73 –26 36At least Coyle can say he has had recent experience of the Championship, but don’t expect miracles.

I am begining to think it is martinez, fil17 June 2013 at 1:46 am #116367You rate Martinez don’t you ! :)Welcome to the Lightside, Phil – I hope you find it to your liking.
I enjoyed last season under Martinez. Now I’m looking forward to next season under Coyle.
It’s a shame about the ban on alcohol at the Europa League games, though. I was looking forward to enjoying a cheeky Beaujolais Nouveau if we drew a French team. Never mind, DW is up to speed with the rules for European qualification, and his meat and potato pies should go through to the next round.
Coyle…cant be any worse than the last 4 seasons.
That’s just what the Wolves fans said when they appointed Dean Saunders. Next season they kick off in League One. Surely it can’t get any worse…
I’ve been looking into my crystal ball recently but everything appears very hazy. Would a good wash and polish with a chamois improve my predictions?
