Four of us from Leyland have got tickets and would very much like to travel by coach from Wigan. Are there any independent coaches heading to Donny? Train looks like a nightmare and none of us want to drive if we can help it! Thanks in advance for any info that could benefit us ;)
Supporters club are running coaches but if you’re not already a member it will cost you another £6-00 each to join. Not sure about other coach firms.

Surely a few more of the 4100 travelling must read C.L. and at least come up with a suggestion for these lads. Also it seems a bit strange that coach firms aren’t running coaches.

We purchased 4 memberships for the supporters club but can’t book our places on the coach without a membership number! We are concerned that by the time we receive our cards through the post the coach will be booked up and so will it be possible to provisionally reserve our seats? Thanks in advance ;)

Anybody braving the train?
My understanding is bus replacements for most services between Wigan and Manchester but you can get the train between Wigan North Western and Piccadilly.
Can Anyone confirm that? I have looked but still doubting myself.
There’s a gang of us doing the train, the bus replacement is not always on they do have trains running on some weekends between Manc and Wigan, If the buses are on this weekend get the train from Northwestern to Piccidilly then a train straight to Donny. On way back its via Leeds to Piccidilly or Halifax to Victoria. Bad news is that the late trains back to Wigan all go to Wigan Wallgate so will be a Bus replacement service.
