Sorry to some on here, in the past I’ve got carried away with trying to do everything to help.
My desperation was a case of wanting the team do so much better and making myself believe.
Been today against my better judgement and can assure you that no way I will ever be asking fans to applaud that.
I really thought we could move on to top half.
I won’t ever be asking you to believe again.
Why can we never build? Why throw away our only chance of success? Why keep Boselli? Why play Boyce, our oldest player, if you’re supposed to be giving 1st teamers a rest? Why not play new signings? Why you still got a f….
I still believe 100% we’ll stop up, but I do not believe we will ever improve to challenge at the top half or further.

Actually, Cockney Latic DID have a message board then and there was quite a lively debate about where white dog poo had gone, you never see it anymore.
We generally congratulated Canvey on their win and got on with having a laugh – oh those were the days eh!! goodpost B)

Going back to the canvey island days, I think it was me he started the white dog poo thread, it’s a long time back but I seem to remember posting it. And the reason it is not around now is due to the same reason I originally stated – a dog food called ‘Something feast’ that was about 80% chalk and ash meaning the dogs crapped pure limestone. It was not a problem to step in one as it simply crumbled, and did not get in the tread. Good old days. Mark my words, once we see white dog turd on the streets again, we will know the recession is over!
