Arguing and discussing RL is one thing, but actively encouraging their support by allowing them to advertise their allegiance to the oval game is completely different.I can’t honestly believe any Latics fan from our era with the shit we have had to put up with over the years can so easily forget and let them infiltrate our board with their egg chasing propaganda.

I couldn’t believe what was happening when they announced that the klumps were coming on to parade their egg cup, it was a disgraceful decision by the Latics bosses.
There was certainly no applause from my section of the West Stand, in fact most made a hasty retreat to the concourse out of politeness to others who may have been moderately interested, or they just carried on chatting between themselves showing little or no regard as to what was happening on the pitch.
Personally I just turned my back on them and studied the talent in the posh seats.Was the countries major sporting trophy paraded at an eggs match? I doubt it somehow.

The threads are deleted for the simple reason that it’s a Wigan RL board where they wish to discuss Wigan RL.This is a Wigan Athletic board where those that claim not to care/know anything about rugby seem to know results/attendances/news stories as soon as they happen and wish to discuss them at length while turning topics about Wigan Athletic into bickering contests or ignoring them completely.
