Bad day at the office but what will sacking the manager do? And who is the so called hero who can save us? Some mercenery idiot here for the money, disrespecting the club in every interview he gives (remember a certain someone) We need stability, a long serving manager a definetely one who loves everything Wigan Athletic come on did anyone here watch the team before the premier league days it dont bloody sound like it!
It’s a sad thing but losing today has given some of the boo-boys ammunition.
What we need is another manager who is going to come in and keep us up playing in the Stoke/Blackburn/Bolton style. That’s what I want to see for ever more – Premier League football with no hope of any progression.
No steps forward, no steps back
All I’m saying is that it’s all fine and well having a load of people on the management and coaching staff with long time connections to the club, but the fact is, none of them have any experience of the top flight.
Would any other Premiership club, or even Championship club, have recruited a first team coach from Altrincham? No way. Not a chance.
It’s a fact that youth team coach, Dave Watson, is the most experienced staff member.
The lack of experience is showing. Sorry, but it is.

But my point is that you weren’t saying that when we beat Chelsea 3-1. And you, hopefully, won’t be saying it after Saturday and at the end of the season.
It’s a stinking result but give them a chance.
