We are trying to sign a young keeper from Brighton apparently and Luton interested in him as well.
Luton have signed a keeper from Sparta Prague so is he on his way to the DW.

I’m surprised by that, I know he is getting on a bit (35) but I thought with Jussi having gone that Gilks would have been alright for a season in League One.
I hope we get a decent replacement especially after last seasons goalkeeping balls ups.This had better only be a ridiculous “fishy” rumour

Grigg off to Birmingham next few days anyone else heard this rumour ?I’ve heard this whisper, but I also know that Harry Redknapp is keen on Jordan Hugill from Preston, as I think he’s after a more ‘target man’ type of player. The move looks imminent, and hopefully that’ll mean we keep hold of Will Grigg. I think Redknapp may have been put off the fact that Grigg seems to struggle to score at Championship level, and of course he has had injury problems of late.
Oh and Simon Grayson is also keen to take Hugill to Sunderland as well.
Club having talks with Rickie Lambert, who is a free agent after being released by Cardiff a couple of weeks ago.
I’ve heard talks have hit a stumbling block, but will see what happens.
Do you think he could come and do a job for us? And if we do sign him, what does this say about Paul Cook’s opinion of Bogle and Grigg? Or certainly, the former, as Grigg has been out injured and just coming back now.
If the deal is good for both parties and we don’t spend the majority of our wage budget on him, he will certainly bring experience to the squad. We just moved Mandarin on and maybe same is coming for McKay so to add another striker I think is realistic but wouldn’t like the club to spend major amount on paying his wages..
