Ps – Everybody knows there are more football fans in Wigan than rugby fans they just support the likes of Liverpool, Utd, City and Everton.

28 October 2013 at 12:36 am #122816Difficult to have a World Cup. 3 proper teams and the rest really do make up the numbers
Can’t be that big or it would be on Sky :woohoo:
The pitch looked awful at Cardiff…the press would have had a field day if the DW pitch looked like that
The Mrs got us tickets for the final at OT…we’ll be supporting New Zealand against the Convicts
28 October 2013 at 1:33 am #122825Been waiting for this post to crop up. Everyone posting to tell everyone else that they wont be watching. Cracker.
Hate to burst your bubble Leyland but Spain, Germany, Argentina and Brazil in the football world cup. The rest really are there just to make up the numbers.
It’s not big because its on Sky. Is that the bench mark, You have made it when you are on sky. Could the BBC not just have wanted it more and paid more to get it?

a bit like most top football league teams in the world then.
In some cases only two teams compete for top spot.

I’d have thought you should really be more concerned about your side’s alarming position in the 2nd tier and their inability to sell out of tickets when its a fiver.
