Its setting up nicely for the semis, with the three expected teams all making it through.
Im looking forward to the double-header at what appears to be a rather full Wembley on Saturday.

Enjoy your game this weekend against the Brighton Bluebeards or whatever they are called.

Like there was a “rather full” DW last night. I wonder when it will next have over 22,000 in?
Im guessing wembley will be fuller than it was on 13 April 2013 for the soccerball semi final between the Wigan Latics and the Millwall Brawlers. There’s hardly any seats available on the bottom two rows, and the top row seem quite full along the sides.
17 November 2013 at 4:00 pm #123526I wouldn’t be too sure about that Mutty
17 November 2013 at 4:59 pm #123527Would it not be easier to just re-name this thread the “i say i hate rugby but im obsessed with it really and am really really jealous and envious of them” thread
17 November 2013 at 8:02 pm #123529I see we’re now comparing a World Cup Semi Final with a semi final between a second division club and Premier League club (kicking off at 5.30 pm)….hardly a fair comparison.
As for last night, England RL team playing at the home of the most loyal RL fans in the world (according to a certain Mr Lindsay) in a RL town (press spouted constantly), with 4 or 5 SL clubs within 20 miles of the ground and over 10% of the stadium is empty….hardly a ringing endorsement of the (so called) best game in the world is it MWD?

He also has no interest in attendances apparently.

He did quite well keeping attendances and figures out of his reply but he got it in ,in a roundabout way
24 November 2013 at 1:30 am #123668I wouldn’t be too sure about that MuttySeems my hunch may have been correct. ;)
And what a fantastic game England v New Zealand was. The owd farts down the road at Twickers must dream of having a game like that in their lifetime.
