Enoughs enough His changes cost us every game.
23 November 2019 at 9:04 pm #182188I’m starting to agree with the cook out brigade now!!
23 November 2019 at 9:07 pm #182191Cook to botherd arguing with officials so time the board sacked the cook .
23 November 2019 at 9:14 pm #182193The board need to wake the f*** up and bounce him out……..how he’s lasted so long is unfathomable!!!!!!
23 November 2019 at 9:17 pm #182194His changes cost us the game possibly but 2 shots on target in 90 odd minutes is again the main problem. Starting Massey who is out of form doesn’t help but playing with two right sided midfielders and with neither playing as wingers is laughable. Three defensive midfielders too, what’s that all about?
Where on Earth are Pilkington and Windass? I know they aren’t the be all and end all but they should be able to offer something more going forward than what is happening now. All down to Cook sadly. Today’s result was directly down to the manager again. Stoke are awful but they will finish above us unless there is some intervention from Big Jim Royle.23 November 2019 at 9:20 pm #182195Agree……his team selections baffling…..Massey, no Windass Pilkington…..and his game conceding substitutions. Where the f*** is Darren Royle ??…..Another one who needs to do what’s needed…….and today.
23 November 2019 at 9:23 pm #182196I see he got a booking again for remonstrating with the 4th official. Why doesn’t he sit down with his team and put more of his energy into talking tactics. That was a woeful Stoke today, can fully see why they are still below us in the league. We should have took um out big style!
From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!23 November 2019 at 9:34 pm #182200I see he got a booking again for remonstrating with the 4th official. 23 November 2019 at 9:38 pm #182201Substitute lose repeat, just how many times.
He must be stupid or stubborn or both
We are outside the bottom three but we won’t be for long
Has to go23 November 2019 at 9:44 pm #182202But he wants more respect from people….
23 November 2019 at 11:30 pm #182208He changes things, goes 442 and people still moan.
What subs would you have made?

That was poor today Egg and I said after we scored his subs will change the game… Jacobs is a shocking player and would get on the pitch for me. Pilks would have been better as at least he tries to tackle..
I don’t see what Garner brings to the team he’s terrible. Never won a header all match, jumps too early? Falls over looking for a foul rather than playing… Obviously hasn’t got the ability..
I so wanted cook to do well but these are his players so for me he’s got to go.. Tried to defend a 1 nil in second half24 November 2019 at 12:38 am #182212He changes things, goes 442 and people still moan. What subs would you have made?
It’s not just about subs though is it ?, his negative starting 11 doesn’t help as well. Results don’t lie, he can call it bad luck whatever but at the end of the day especially away it’s just like the Groundhog Day movie.
For whatever reason it’s just not happening for Cook at Wigan. Were like any other club were it’s nice to have players and managers having an affiliation of some sort with the club but if the results don’t come you run the risk of a sacking.
I’m just shocked he’s lasted so long and if the owners stand thier ground on him going nowhere then they better get their stall set out for League One football.
It’s time for a change and don’t be shocked if Moyes leads the team out at home to Reading.24 November 2019 at 2:13 am #182214He changes things, goes 442 and people still moan.

24 November 2019 at 11:59 am #182218The Reading game now as a fateful look to it if you ask me.
I’m expecting nothing ( as usual )in London on Tuesday but the pressure surely must be on now.
I sense a complete lack of desire and belief from this Wigan Athletic team who have chucked away so many points in the last month particularly late on!
That is what it comes down to, desire , believing , maybe even fitness levels , and the mistakes come from all of that.
A very big week for him I am afraid , 2 big results needed , no excuses , no bad luck stories , it really is do or die now . -
