We dont want to disturb your peace and quiet and sleeping time you get in the West Stand do we..Full of owd whining gets over their.Should start playing bingo in the West Stand..
I did suggest Bingo in the last West Stand committee meeting, but it was overruled in favour of a brass band concert.
To be honest, as long as you nobs from the East and South leave us in the West alone, you can put ironing boards up, for all I care.

Ironing boards is not a bad shout Griff. It could turn it a day out that all the family would enjoy.
Ironing board for Griff in the west would be fine ..by the sound of it you dont have a nob..And by the looks of it this board has a ‘nob’.
The East stand is full of skinny youths and messed up skinflints and sellers of the big issue. Whenever we’ve tried it’s always been crap and I’ve ended up longing for the the WS and gazing at my usual location.
However, years go we were told, after I said it was ridiculous to charge an 8yr old £190 and I didn’t fancy the north (back then) east or the south. “The WS is an exclusive stand because it doesn’t face the sun and people have access to corporate facilities etc blah, blah blah “. I actually hate seeing freeloading corporate parasites in suits etc at matches but thats a different story.
Basically told I was self important and to ‘STFU’ if I didn’t like it. Fair enough, but nobody should be mystified if the damn stand is hardly ever full.
The 8 yr old is now 14 and like cowards, to this day we’ve eaten ‘humble pie’ and sit in the Victor Meldrew stand.
