I wonder if ATS will tyre easily !
5 June 2014 at 2:49 pm #131656Sky Sports sources understand Norwich City are the latest club to show an interest in Bournemouth striker Lewis Grabban. Cardiff City have already met Grabban’s release clause, and Middlesbrough have held talks, while fellow Championship clubs Nottingham Forest, Derby, Fulham and Wigan are also thought to be monitoring the situation.Nothing to monitor
Norwich City sign Bournemouth striker Lewis Grabban for an undisclosed fee on a three-year deal.
5 June 2014 at 4:19 pm #131657I copied this lot off Partick Thistles facebook page, it seems the fans opinion of this lad is totally opposite of what the Cardiff fans posted about Andrew Taylor.
Ian Mackinnon Great servant to the club who deserves his move. Glad he didn’t go to another Scottish team
Ross MacArthur He will be back once he realises he will be starting alongside Gary caldwell!
Tom Hogg That goal at Rugby Park…
Grant Bell Best wishes. Always gave 100% to the cause. Delighted he’s moving to a higher standard.
Steve Tomlinson Leaving the right way. Good luck to ATS down south.
Paul Maher All the best !! Sorry to see him go!
Barry Mclelland All the best Aaron. A fantastic young player.
Raymond Stark Been a pleasure watching him develop into a top player.
Gareth Shields Going to be difficult, very difficult to replace.
Paul Finlay All the best ATS
Paul Black Good luck ATS.. a great servant to the club just a shame we never got a fee for helping you develop as a player. Look forward to seeing you on The Football League show
Len Hoover Thanks for everything, Aaron! When you become a huge international success, tell everyone how big a part Thistle played! (and if God forbid the opposite happens, say it was Montrose’s fault).
Scotty Magoo Good luck to him, glad he won’t be playing against us and hopefully see him in a Scotland jersey one day.
Jim Clarke Great player, great guy, great servant.
Austin Purdie All the best big man!
Ronnie Farlow Best attacking left back we’ve had since….well since The days of Archie flying down the left wing!!
CJ O’Hara All the best, Aaron. Hope you do great at Wigan because you were great for us!
Sheila Elliott Good luck son you’ll do great take care xx
Stephen Frew Is it wrong to hope it doesn’t work out perfectly and he has to come to back to Thistle with a second preference of he’s dynamite and ends up with an international career and a crack at the EPL?
Callum John/William Stewart Fair play mate. Well done
Ross Thomson Great move for a player who was playing for Montrose only 3 years ago.
David Steele A great player and a gent to talk to. Really pleased and wish him well.
Ian Warren All the best ATS, hope it all works out for you
Mike Law Hope he does well!
Scott McGinnis All the best fella. Hope it all works out for you. Hope we see you in a Scotland shirt before too long.
Callum Maclean Good luck to him!
Chris Kerr all the best ATS, will be
Ross MacArthur He will be back once he realises he will be starting alongside Gary caldwell!Second comment from the top ( Ross MacArthur) He will be back once he realises he will be starting alongside Gary caldwell!
Another fan of our GREAT LEADER !
He comes from a poor club in the poorest of SPL leagues ever. The players doesn’t come onto the radar for my Scottish friends, so don’t hold out much hope for him. Maybe one for the future, but at 23 !!!
Tell me I wasn’t right about Fattie Fvvie !
10 June 2014 at 6:23 pm #131737That enables Crainey to leave, perhaps for Barnsley.
11 June 2014 at 10:58 pm #131755I see young Danny Redmond has signed a two year contract with Hamilton. I’ve seen the lad on numerous occasions in the rezzies and he has always shown great potential. I know it shouldn’t come into it, but his size for me has held him back from taking the next big step up[no pun intended]. At 23 he needed to get away and find regular football.
His ability and vision are bob on and also contributes with the odd goal. Scored a goal in less than every 4 games when last on loan at Hamilton.
Good luck Danny I’m sure you’ll be a great player over the border, will watch your progression with interest. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!12 June 2014 at 3:42 am #131760I heard a few days ago that we were tracking Terrance Boyd a 23 year old yank playing in the Austrian league for Rapid Wien.
It now as hit newsnow so you never know. He has failed to break into the USA world cup squad, but has got a good reputation of having an eye for goal.
At 6′ 2″ with a decent leap, he gets his fair share of headed goals. this could be what weve been waiting for boys and girls.

That story is in the Mail today & quotes a price tag of £3mill. Don’t know whether the mail has anyone in the know or whether they’ve just picked the story up from newsnow
I’d just like to add that I don’t read the Mail – I picked up the story from the BBC website football gossip page!!12 June 2014 at 5:06 pm #131768I see young Danny Redmond has signed a two year contract with Hamilton. The Accies will be playing in the Scottish Premier League, so they’ll miss the big games with Rangers, Hibs and Hearts.
It shouldn’t take Redmond long to get to know all 1,436 spectators at New Douglas Park.
12 June 2014 at 10:34 pm #131773Why does the pin keep falling out of this thread?
Come on lads some blu tac will do the trick.

The pin hasn’t fallen out once.
If you view the forum thread which shows topics from all boards then yes it will move down as that is chronological. If you view the Cockney Latic Main Forum board then it will be stuck at the top.
15 June 2014 at 7:03 pm #131844Latest from Newsnow in absence of our good friend Donelley from over the water.
Incomings
23 year old Dundee centre back Declan Gallagher has been mentioned in some quarters as ready to join, he is out of contract at Dens Park and already rejected three new offers, he was the main stay of a very good Dundee defence that conceded just 23 goals in 36 league games last season, and at 6′ 5 he is a big presence on the pitch.
Rapid Vienna and USA international Terrence Boyd could be on the verge of joining the Latics if reports in Austria are to be believed. We have apparently bid for the free scoring striker, who has just one year left on his current deal, Rösler is understood to be impressed with Boyd’s all round play and work rate, as well as his goalscoring prowess.
Spurs midfield man Alex Pritchard is still being touted as a possible loan signing, a yearlong deal could be in the offing for the 21 year old who impressed at Swindon last campaign.

What a journey!24 June 2014 at 4:28 pm #132005Peter Crouch is up for sale for £1 million, not sure what wages he’d be after but could probably do a job.
24 June 2014 at 5:04 pm #132007We could afford him – he wouldn’t want as many pies as Holt.
24 June 2014 at 6:27 pm #132011I wonder if ATS will tyre easily !I won’t mind as long as we get a good year out of him
24 June 2014 at 11:21 pm #132020I’ll look at his scoring record after I’ve Dun loping the hedges in my back garden.
