We were playing a team three divisions below us, we lost two nil, our tactics were terrible.

All the bile is no good for the club. But no, it’s not going to happen. Main reason I suggested it, is that there was an invasion of ‘new posters’ all of a sudden, on Tuesday night. Some of which were obviously rugby fans taking the p*ss. The board reached it’s lowest ebb for a long time.
Dont ban Dave – his breakdowns are ace.He posts about not wanting ‘fisticuffs’ and being a ‘born again christian’ when in his second post on his own thread he says he is ‘going to launch someone at the game’.
Grade A nutter – keep it going dave, this is priceless.

You call me a ‘Grade A nutter’ when you have had such an unhealthy interest in me for so long? I don’t believe that you really care for the club. Are you ACTUALLY a fan? I don’t believe you are. And YOU anticipated it how you wanted to. I don’t have to launch anybody. I have other ways of dealing with people. However if it came to it, I am quite capable of doing.
Why should I either A- ‘Have a breakdown’, as you put it? (What an idiotic statement, by the way) or B- post as somebody else? I’m fine as Vat69, thanks. I’m getting a buzz actually, out of watching people losing their bottle and losing the plot regarding our situation. It’s almost funny.

Spoilt bast*rds. These last 10 years have been a bloody breeze as a fan. Constant progression, as we climbed up the league, and proceeded to mock peoples mis-conceptions whippets and cloth caps, as we proved them wrong and ‘Little Wiggun’ in the Premier League. It’s been bloody fantastic. Easy street for supporters. If you remember the old days, and are still moaning, I suggest you have a rummage through your old programmes etc, and see just how much we have progressed. I was feeling p*ssed off a year or two ago, and I did just that. I’ll tell you now, I soon felt good again.
So frig off with the “He has to go” comments. We actually have a manager who CARES for the club, and who has a DESIRE to take us on to the next step, rather than for him to use Latics as a stepping stone. We are bloody lucky.
I’ve never been as disgusted in our support, as I am at this time. In all honesty, if you are moaning and coming out with all this shyte, and you really aren’t happy……….

Would you REALLY be sad enough to do that? I have never said we WON’T go down, or in your eagerness to fire a cheap riposte at me have you not realised that?
In all honesty, I don’t know whether we will or we won’t go down. My gut feeling is we won’t, but who knows? Perhaps it will come down to other teams who are down there, and how they do?Am I not allowed to be optimistic? Should I be like everybody else (or a lot of people, not everyone) and be vilifying our manager? Truth be known, cup matches don’t interest me these days. We have bigger games to play. Going off the Everton game, I liked what I saw. With a decent finisher, we’d have been three up by halftime.
I wouldn’t say I am ‘brown-nosing’. No. What it is, I know who the people are on here who are actually worth talking to about things. There are a few people who have an ounce of sensibility about them, who look at the bigger picture, and understand what Roberto stands for, and is trying to implement.
Is agreeing with these people to be construed as ‘brown-nosing’, as you put it? Or is it to your chagrin that I don’t agree with you, and post constant drivel about “he has to go”, and “Clueless”.How many Uefa coaching badges do you think the average Latics fan has?
