I think many people remember TV programmes they watched in their youth. Very few recall single jokes they got a laugh with three years ago – unless, it was so memorable because it was the only time they ever got a laugh, perhaps ;)

This thread as turned very disturbing in my opinion :shock:
I always wanted to be one of the Tomorrow People. Always thought that I might wake up one day and discover I too had special powers and could ‘jaunt’ to anywhere I wanted.
A couple of years later (when I was about 13) I did discover I had a special power, one that I still have to this day. However, it’s more likley to make me go blind than teleport anywhere :o
Not only did I not make it as a Tomorrow Person, but I haven’t even made onto this list
Could I have my own group? Ex-Wiganers who think they’ve climbed the social ladder by moving south, but can’t wait to ‘come home’ every couple of weeks for a chip barm?

Think I can just reach them…….are they aniseed balls?I preferred the Champions. My special powers would have got me into Sharon’s knickers.
I realise I don’t get a mention coz I tend to dip in and out here, but most of the time I just get brassed off with the negativity

Please don’t take offence at being omitted – I simply did a quick list off the top of my head and from the posters that were posting around that time. I certainly didn’t spend too much time profiling (copyright MickyC) the whole board.
Also, I would like to distance myself from the stuff between Standish and Bath. Only the M6 and M5 should be between Standish and Bath so all this other stuff is indeed a little worrying ;)
