The talk of Bramble and his lack of pace reminded me of Jackson and his lack of pace which then led me to remember the comment I shouted out. Griff….COMMENT not joke !

You will see the phrase ‘realistic ambition’ in the Lightside membership spec. Relegation has come as no surprise or with any accompanying feeling of disaster. The only (pleasant) surprise is that the club managed to drag it our for about 7 years longer than anticipated.
So, contrary to some of the views being bandied about, the Lightside always expected to be relegated at some point because of their realistic ambitions. The Darkside’s predictable “told you so” posts amount to little more than preaching to the converted.

Hmmm, apart from the fact that the original post clearly lists me in the Light group.
