2 April 2011 at 1:36 pm #62776They must of took over 6500 like Warrington did last week then
:naughty: :naughty: :naughty: :naughty:Strange how the visiting end holds 2000 more for a rugby match than it does for a football match. I thought rugby fans were twice the size of football fans!
I thought the North Stand held 5400, which was reduced to 4500 due to it being unreserved seating for Rugby matches, so I think your maths may be out, particularly when you consider that there were quite a few empty seats in the North Stand.
Secondly, granted Warrington brought around 4000 last Friday, but when you compare how many (few) they take to anywhere other than Wigan and St Helens, you’ll find that over the season, more Wiganers travel to away games than anyone else.
I note you dont dispute the bit about the Latics’ travelling support – however I’m surprised you didnt try to compare it to a to a trip to Bolton for Fulham to massage the statistics!
Any more freebies going for today?
You say it like thugby dont give free tickets away, which they do, when rugby is bigger than football come back, now run along2 April 2011 at 1:42 pm #62780:text-goodpost:
2 April 2011 at 1:44 pm #62782I believe a draw is like a lose in rugby?
Not when you are 2pts down with the last kick of the game – a draw is a ‘kin awesome result.
Maybe tomorrow, if our landlords wigan athletic have a last-second penalty and equalise against Spuds, I’ll remind you of that quote Mr Fat fan. ;)
Look Mr McGimp, why don’t you accept that Wigan is and has been blue since we got in the Prem.
The day I resort to going onto a Chubster message board arguing with all the big fat Chubsters and McGimps, will be the day I’ve accepted that the Worriors are the king pins in this village. :snooty:
Now remind me what is your excuse for coming on this football message board? :shhh:

Seems ironic that the quote “you clown” was used by Mr T in the A-Team and you have “Missed a T” from the word “at”
