22 February 2015 at 9:29 pm #139786World club challenge? Australia and England challenge. From the clips I’ve seen today there were loads of empty seats at the DW last night. We all know what is done to boost up the chubsters attendance.
Do the Aussies win out for battering all their soup or leek opponents?. Just wondering like. From Matlock to ManU

Of course not! :woohoo:
One is “good marketing” and the other is “desperation”. ;)

I shouldn’t need to enlighten you, if you watch both codes, you must have looked around the stands and worked it out yourself. All my “both code” watching mates have.

Still none the wiser. Please, let me in on the big secret.
24 February 2015 at 12:29 pm #139845I believe he is implying that the warriors include all ST holders on attendances. Maybe they do for league games, but in the grand scheme of things, how many ST holders don’t show up for fixtures? Possibly a couple of hundred or so – certainly not the thousands he claim. The difference between stating the attendance for a game was 12,500 when only 12,300 showed up is hardly earth-shattering.
However, as the WCC didn’t include free entry for ST holders, I fail to see the relevance of his post.
Fat boy – I’d concern yourself more about your missing 10,000 game after game rather than the 200 who couldn’t make one or two rugby games a season.
24 February 2015 at 1:37 pm #139847Well if Russell Crowe gets his way you could be heading over to Las Vegas for the WCC! Flights will be available from Brize Norton should any sad bastards want to spunk up an exorbitant amount of cash on such a worthless venture!
