Yesterday was a joke, the whole world was watching and we completely embarassed ourselves. 2 really big thrashings this season and a few heavy defeats thrown in aswell, awful season, awful tactics, awful manager who is way out of his depth. Total football does not work with average players, we are WIGAN Roberto, NOT Barcelona.

Thought we were already consistent, consistently poor, and now your comparing him to Wenger and saying he outclassed him tactically!! Honestly, there are some jokers on here, yesterday was one of those freak results that happens from time to time (usually to other teams). Enjoy it while it lasts coz we will probably get beat in the next 2 games if the rest of the season is anything to go by.

I must apologise, I thought you meant the bit where he was talking about trying to play football with players who aren’t good enough.

Thats because it WAS boring for 80 minutes…… but full credit to the lads for the last 10. Well done Wigan.
I like Diame’s. I like his work rate and his will to compete and go for the ball.Mccarthy will be a really good player. He’s got a great attitude to football and chose Wigan over a few other teams biger than Wigan so fair play to the lad.
Which probably means he’ll be sold for a profit in the summer.
